4 Secrets To Longevity - All In Nature Promoting Peace!

I'm not a believer in old wives' tales, and I don't believe that Li Qing Yun really lived to be 256, but his story is fascinating. More important, we know he was a real historical figure who was not only featured in TIME magazine (in the United States), but also met with several historical figures. And most importantly, he studied Daoist longevity techniques, and I think the four principles he shares he...

Trust Frequency….. Ten Assumptions

Image
Trust Frequency….. Ten Assumptions 1. We live in a conscious loving universe. There is only love. 2.   The universe loves us unconditionally, it gives us everything we ask for.   3. We create reality by the power of our consciousness. 4. Our Awareness, Assumptions,, Attitudes, Attention, Alignment, Actions and Allowing Determine our frequency. They are our request to the universe. 5. Free will is an absolute law of the universe. 6. Circumstances guide us on our journey to wholeness. 7. There is only now, this precious present moment. 8. All of creation is one. Separation is a man made illusion. 9. Humanity is on an evolutionary upward spiral. 10. The trust frequency is real. Michael Moore on Melber - Violence Begets Violence

Image
Michael Moore speaking about the American worker and Unions on the Ari Melber show spoke briefly about the continued war in Israel and Gaza. It that must stop! Like what we did after 9/11, seeking revenge only brings more violence and destruction, in the present and far into the future. The biggest destruction happens to children for whom this experience will be forever imbedded in their minds and psychic beingness. He believes, as do I, that this violence needs to stop for it has no positive redeeming quality. What is needed is a slow steady understanding and listening response on both sides, of compassion and care.

Wars and hatred can leave us Extremely Sad!

Image
Extremely Sad about two wars+ going on at the same time and especially about the 5000+ mostly innocent children and people who have been killed in Gaza/Israel all because of Hamas and hate although Israels extreme policies haven’t helped. Extremely Sad because of the 18 killed in Maine and then the killer committing suicide. Extremely Sad because of the 12 killed so far on this Halloween weekend with I'm almost sure more to come.  Extremely Sad for are we nurturing our young children, with inner hygiene daily on the importance of being a child of Joy, Peace, and Love or are reading, writing and math more important? Modern pedagogy, however, by its own admission, has a strong emphasis on Job Preparation and Earning Potential. This is markedly different from classical education in which the goal is to help students thrive not just at work but in the very art of living by cultivating a life of flourishing through personal excellence.

Parts of a Bell are almost Anthropomorphic...

Image
Parts of a Bell & Functions Yoke The yoke is a wooden portion of the bell for fastening bells to churches or towers. The use of wood help to create a good acoustic, whereas metal yokes deform the acoustic of the bell. Canons The portion of the bell attached to the yoke is the canons. Like many contemporary bells & handbells, cannons are fastened directly on the yoke. Artisans forge the canons from the same piece of steel as the main bell instead of later attaching the canons by welding or riveting. It prevents the formation of weak and unstable points in the bell structure. Crown The bell’s top is known as the crown. In some bells, the craftsman attaches the crown to the bell if the cannons are present. If bells are not properly maintained, the crown is one of the first pieces to potentially suffer damage. The rest of the bell’s structure gets harmed if the crown develops cracks. Shoulder Under the crown is the shoulder, which curves down to the bell’s waist. ...

Aloha - Namaste in Hawaiian & A pono pono!

Image
Aloha - I acknowledge the Love, Light and Life in You!   The word is found in all Polynesian languages and always with the same basic meaning of " love, compassion, sympathy, kindness ", although the use in Hawaii has a seriousness lacking in the Tahitian and Samoan meanings. A pono pono!  In life, pono stands for  righteousness and balance . In Hawaiian, if a person is living pono, it means that they have struck the right balance in their relationships with other things, places, and people in their lives
