APPRECIATION

 Appreciation: Take a second to remind yourself of what you are thankful for in your everyday life.  Expressing our gratitude towards others and even ourselves is sometimes harder for us to do than we would like to admit, but taking the time to tell people in your life from educators to friends to family how much they mean to you is so important..
